MyTownLive.com strives for accuracy with all information contained herein. By submitting this information you are hereby confirm that you are an authorized representative for the company named above and that all information submitted is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge. By submitting this information you agree to hold MyTownLive.com harmless and indemnified from any and all liability in regards to the accuracy, date of publication, or any other matter pertaining to the information which you are submitting. The submission of false, incorrect or misleading information or misrepresentation of authority is illegal and subject to prosecution.

MTL websites and web services [MTL herein] including but not limited to website hosting, domain registration, optimization, and/or advertising, are offered to you (user) conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the MTL websites and web services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Website content and service delivery
All text, graphics, photographic, and/or other content supplied by customer must be received electronically or via US Postal Service within 30 days of date of agreement unless otherwise specified. Content received and processed beyond 30 days will be subject to hourly maintenance fee. Website completion 6 to 8 weeks from date of agreement unless otherwise specified. Website completion date subject to timely delivery of text, graphics, photographic and/or other content needed for completion. MTL will be held harmless and may not be held liable for any and/or all issues, losses, damages or claims due to date of completion of website or delivery of any other service or changes thereof.
Payment
Invoices are net due and payable upon receipt. A 1.5% per month service charge will be added to any outstanding balance past 30 days. Returned checks are subject to service charge as allowed by law. Suspended accounts are subject to a reinstatement and reprogramming fee.
Modification of these Terms and Conditions of Use
MTL reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which its websites and web services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions at www.mytownlive.com/tos.htm
Use Limitation
Unless otherwise specified, MTL websites are for your business and/or personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the MTL websites without the express written permission of MTL, Inc.

Full payment of any outstanding balance due and a reinstatement and reprogramming fee will apply to restore services.

General
This agreement supersedes all previous agreements whether written or oral. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Essex County, Massachusetts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of MTL. Use of MTL is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MTL as a result of this agreement or use of MTL. MTL's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained herein is in derogation of MTL's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests, or requirements relating to your use of the MTL or information provided to or gathered by MTL with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and MTL with respect to MTL and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and MTL with respect to MTL. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed by MTL are either trademarks or registered trademarks of MTL. Nothing contained on the MTL should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use a trademark or registered trademark displayed on the MTL without the written permission of MTL or such third party that may own the trademark or registered trademark displayed on the MTL websites. Your misuse of the trademarks or registered trademarks displayed on the MTL websites is strictly prohibited. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
